We are now looking for a service-oriented and driven operations technician for our assignment in Västerås

The position includes a lot of independent work with responsibility and close contact with property managers and tenants. We are looking for someone who wants to work in a developing environment with a wide variety of tasks. The position is located in Västerås.

As a person, you should be meticulous, proactive, responsible, and have a sense of quality. In your work, you will meet many people, so it is essential that you are service-oriented and have an open and outgoing attitude.

YOUR TASKS

You will work with the operation, maintenance, and management of properties (schools/kindergartens). You will have comprehensive responsibility for your assigned properties. You will perform both corrective maintenance and supervision and care of the properties.

You will be the hub between property managers, tenants, subcontractors, and Pema Partner, reporting to the operations manager.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• You should have at least a 2-year technical education in operations, energy technology, or equivalent qualifications.
• Have at least 5 years of documented experience in operations and maintenance work within HVAC, heating systems, mechanical ventilation systems with F, FT, FTX systems, and natural ventilation systems.
• Have experience in operational optimization/energy optimization
• Have experience with heating, cooling, and control and monitoring systems.
• Have experience in the operation, maintenance, and management of properties
• Experience in ventilation or HVAC
• Knowledge of automation
• A valid driver's license (B) is required

PREFERABLE

Experience with hot work, facility management fire alarms, knowledge of electricity, and experience troubleshooting issues with moisture, mold, radon, and other indoor environmental problems are advantageous.
